It's A...

Well, we had our 21 week ultrasound today and found out we are having a baby GIRL!! She is measuring about 1 lb. 1 oz. and they are giving us a projected due date of Jan. 5th. She has such a sweet profile and I think she might have my nose! All her measurements were good and she is seemingly healthy!! I am so ready to go shopping!!!

Summer Fun!

As the end of August is approaching I have been thinking about this summer... It flew by! I started a new job with TIGI/Bedhead, gained 17 pounds and watched my sister walk down the isle. We didn't go on any big trips to speak of but we tried to have fun when we could... Here are some pics from the past few months. Bring on the Fall!

Our Dog Wylie

Well, sad news today... we had to sign the paperwork to have our newest dog Wylie put down. Yesterday, he got out of our fence and bit the FedEx man who was making a delivery at our home. We had few options as to what we could do so we had the very hard and sad decision to put him to sleep. We have had some great memories with him this past year... I think Coney is wondering what happened to her big teddy bear friend! Charles loved Wylie so much and I am sure he will most definitely be missed.

I have a Blog!

Well, several of you have been asking me to start one of these so here you go. I decided this was as good a time as any because things in our life are changing in a major way pretty soon. Hence the title "Life as we knew it..." I am pregnant with our first baby and life as we know it is about to change drastically. It has been a great and interesting five years of marriage with Charles and we have had a lot of fun together! But, I am ready for the next chapter... God has blessed us greatly the past few years and this baby is the icing on the cake! I can't wait to see what we have in store! So, stay tuned for prego pictures and our lives as we prepare for this little angel.
